Your personal stewardess will be happy to see that your every need is taken care of promptly, from chilled champagne on ice and fresh fruit and flowers in your room to canapés and fresh baked pastries to welcome you home from a day ashore.

The Restaurant
Our gourmet open-seating Restaurant spares nothing offering guests Charlie Palmer's exceptional cuisine at tables set with Porsgrund China and Schott Zwiesel crystal. Most evenings, attire is just “jacket required.” On special nights we host candlelit black tie optional dining.

Restaurant 2
For a change of pace, dine at Restaurant 2. This avant-garde eatery serves carefully selected wine and food pairings in small plates. The chef's imagination is on display in every dish served in this sophisticated dining restaurant, which sometimes offers themed dinners.

Veranda Café
Choose your favorites served to you by gracious staff from the buffet or order from the menu and enjoy the view from this breezy indoor/outdoor café that overlooks the ship's wake. In the evening, the Veranda Café is transformed into the magic that is Restaurant 2.

Sky Grill
If dining outdoors is a favorite of yours, visit the Sky Grill. There, Seabourn chefs serve up casual, al fresco fare. The Sky Grill is the perfect place for a delightful lunch as you watch the world pass by from the top level of the ship. The grill is also open for occasional dinners featuring grilled specialties such as steak and lobster.

Room Service
In the mood for a selection of crudités served with tzatziki dip? Or a New World Pizza, topped with garlic rock shrimp, cherry tomato and a basil and goat cheese crumble? Order room service around the clock from our extensive menu of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner items. During dinner, you can order from The Restaurant and have your meal served course-by-course in the intimacy of your suite.

In select ports of call, you can spend an unforgettable day enjoying the water without having to step ashore. Our ships have their own built-in marinas so you can go swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking or waterskiing right from the ship. In other ports, we host a lavish beach party on a secluded stretch of sand, complete with fresh grilled seafood and Caviar in the SurfSM. When visiting any of our secluded ports you can ask our Signature Service Desk to help you plan the perfect day ashore. These experts have a wealth of personal knowledge at their disposal about each port we call upon. Even if you're unfamiliar with the destination, they can help you feel right at home with the local culture, people and places.

Nighttime

When the weather is favorable you can watch first run movies during Movies Under the StarsSM, complete with fresh popcorn. Or enjoy a delicious flambé, created before your very eyes by one of our chefs during Dessert Under the Stars. On special nights, the captain turns off all the ship‘s lights.
