New 2019 Crystal Itineraries Unveiled

Crystal have become the first cruise line to release their full cruise programme for 2019.

The worldwide itineraries for 2019 that have been revealed cover 260 voyages in total. In 2019, Crystal ships will visit nearly 300 ports in 91 diverse countries with 13 maiden calls.

Some of the highlights of the announcement for the 2019 voyages include:

• Remote, less visited sites
• Maiden calls
• Expanded Holy Land discovery
• Warm weather winter getaways
• Cultural powerhouse itineraries
• Springtime discovery of New England and Canada
• More French flair
• French Polynesia and New Zealand-focused discoveries
• The world’s premier wine regions
• Exploration of four major European rivers
• Exclusive boutique yachting access

In reference to the maiden calls, there will be a number of these for both ocean cruise ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony. These maiden calls are as follows:

Crystal Serenity: Kangaroo Island, Australia and Porto Novo, Cape Verde.

Crystal Symphony: Vlissingen, Netherlands; Hualien, Taiwan; Ishigaki, Japan and Port Arthur, Tasmania.

In comparison, the Crystal River Cruises itineraries for 2019 will be spread across 5 ships; Crystal Bach & Crystal Debussy (both entering service in June 2017), Crystal Mahler (entering service in August 2017), Crystal Mozart (currently in service) and Crystal Ravel (entering service in May 2018).

The river cruise voyages in 2019 will range from 7 night to 16 night voyages and these will cover popular European rivers such as the Rhine, Danube, Main and Moselle rivers.

Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises will be based in the Caribbean for 2019 as Crystal Esprit sails a series of voyages to some of the most exotic islands in the Caribbean such as Marigot Bay, St. Martin and Jost Van Dyke.

The Chairman, president and chief executive of Crystal, Edie Rodriguez, commented: “2019 represents the culmination of several upcoming offerings that we’re ecstatic to share with guests. along with the future launch of a new vessel that will expand the possibilities for virtually every type of traveller.”

A new ocean vessel is planned for release in 2019 which is also set to offer residences on board that will be on sale for guests. Further details of this new ship will be announced closer to the time.
