We have received an exciting update from Fincantieri shipyard who is currently building the new Silver Muse in Genoa, Italy, for luxury cruise line Silversea Cruises.
Sovereign’s managing director Stefan Shillito, recently visited the ship in Genoa whilst the construction work is still taking place. This is what Stefan had to say regarding the ship’s progress: “I must admit the project has come a very long way in a short space of time. Silver Muse is looking fantastic as it is now taking shape with the exterior nearly approaching completion. The hardworking staff at Fincantieri are focusing their attention now on the interior spaces to ensure that the ship continues Silversea’s legacy of providing a luxurious and intimate experience for their guests.”
Once finished, Silver Muse will weigh a total of 40,000 gross tonnage and it will accommodate 596 guests which will establish small-ship intimacy onboard. The new ship will boast the hallmarks of the Silversea experience that include the highest level of comfort, service and quality to satisfy the world’s most discerning travellers.
