Cunard Announces Return of Le Gavroche at Sea with Michel Roux for 2026 Season
Luxury cruise line Cunard is thrilled to announce that Le Gavroche at Sea with legendary chef Michel Roux will return for a third season in 2026. The acclaimed restaurateur and two Michelin-starred chef will host four exclusive dining experiences aboard Queen Anne—a continuation of the wildly successful collaboration that launched in 2024.
In 2026, guests will have four chances to experience Roux’s world-class cuisine at sea. Three of these Le Gavroche at Sea residencies will take place on 7-night Norwegian Fjords voyages in May, August, and November. The fourth will be part of a special Iceland and British Isles sailing in July.
After selling out in 2025, these residencies remain among the most anticipated events in Cunard’s culinary calendar. Designed to delight food lovers and elevate the onboard dining experience, they reflect a growing trend among modern travelers: the desire for authentic, regionally inspired cuisine in luxurious settings.
Each residency includes a five-course tasting menu served in the intimate setting of Sir Samuels. Carefully crafted with the freshest ingredients and a focus on the flavours of the sea, the menu is available to just 50 guests per evening, making these events some of the most exclusive aboard Queen Anne.
But the gastronomic experience doesn’t end there. During the Le Gavroche voyages, guests can also enjoy Oysters at Carinthia—a refined seafood offering available each evening at the Carinthia Lounge, showcasing exquisite Norwegian seafood.
Adding to the immersive experience, Michel Roux will take the stage at the Royal Court Theatre for a live cooking demonstration, offering a behind-the-scenes look at his culinary philosophy and signature techniques. He will also appear as an Insight Speaker and host book signings, giving guests the chance to connect with him on a more personal level.
