Fincantieri has officially delivered Four Seasons I to Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.
The handover ceremony took place at Fincantieri’s shipyard in Ancona, where more than 2,000 shipyard workers, employees and partner companies have spent months bringing this exceptional vessel to life.

The 34,000-ton ship features just 95 all-suite accommodations, each designed as a private, ocean-facing sanctuary. The flagship Funnel Suite offers an impressive 457 square metres of indoor-outdoor living space, placing it among the most exclusive residences ever created at sea, according to the company.
Throughout the yacht, the design philosophy centres on open-air living and a seamless connection to the ocean, with expansive terraces featured across multiple decks.
Beyond its striking design, Four Seasons I also represents a significant milestone in the digital evolution of shipbuilding. She is the first vessel built under Fincantieri’s “Navis Sapiens” programme, developed by Fincantieri Ingenium, a joint venture between Fincantieri NexTech and Accenture.
The yacht features an integrated digital architecture that uses artificial intelligence and real-time data to support safer and more efficient operations. The open, scalable system also allows new technologies to be introduced as they emerge, without disrupting the guest experience.
Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and Managing Director of Fincantieri, said: “Today we deliver not just a ship, but a new paradigm for the hospitality industry. Four Seasons I is the first Navis Sapiens, a vessel with a digital intellect, capable of learning, adapting and growing alongside its owner and guests.”
Ben Trodd, CEO of Four Seasons Yachts, attended the delivery ceremony in Ancona alongside senior Fincantieri leadership and local officials.
