Regent Seven Seas Introduces Azure: A New Mediterranean Dining Experience.

By Tony Mallinson

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled Azure, a new Mediterranean-inspired specialty restaurant set to debut aboard the upcoming Seven Seas Prestige.

Designed around a mezze-style concept, Azure encourages communal dining, offering a diverse selection of appetisers, main courses, and desserts that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the Mediterranean region, spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia.

“Cuisine has always been central to the Regent experience, and with Seven Seas Prestige, we’re elevating our commitment to Epicurean Perfection,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Azure is an exciting new addition, introducing fresh flavours and an innovative dining concept that we’re thrilled to offer our guests.”

Azure’s interiors will draw inspiration from Art Deco elegance, early 20th-century European refinement, Japanese minimalism, and Chicago’s industrial heritage, creating a sophisticated and immersive setting.

Seven Seas Prestige, launching in December 2026, will feature 11 complimentary dining options, including beloved venues such as Compass Rose, Pacific Rim, Prime 7, Chartreuse, Sette Mari at La Veranda, and La Veranda itself. Guests will also enjoy 24-hour in-suite dining, the Pool Grill, and Coffee Connection. As with all Regent voyages, all dining, premium beverages, and gratuities are included in the fare.

Full menus for the ship’s specialty restaurants will be revealed ahead of her inaugural sailing.
