Seabourn has unveiled a series of new culinary enhancements across its award-winning fleet, further strengthening its position as a leader in luxury and expedition travel.

The updates focus on elevating the guest experience in Seabourn Square and The Colonnade, reinforcing the line’s commitment to fresh, regionally inspired cuisine, intuitive onboard service and an evolving culinary programme that reflects the destinations its ships visit..

The enhancements mark the latest phase in Seabourn’s continued investment in its culinary offering. Additional updates are expected to be introduced throughout the year, with further details to be announced in due course.

Refreshed Seabourn Square Experience

Seabourn Square, described as the heart of the onboard experience, has undergone a comprehensive refresh, further establishing the venue as a sophisticated all-day café and social hub.

Guests can now enjoy an expanded range of freshly prepared hot items, including breakfast sandwiches, savoury quiches and Roman-style pizza. A new selection of toasted sandwiches, such as the Monte Cristo and Croque Monsieur, has also been introduced, complementing the venue’s existing pastries, sandwiches and sweet treats.

Speciality coffees are brewed from beans freshly roasted on board. Guests can pre-order beverages through the Seabourn Source app for seamless collection, and coffee is now served with an upgraded signature presentation designed to enhance the café experience.

The venue also features handmade artisanal gelato crafted by chefs trained at Italy’s renowned Gelato University, bringing an authentic taste of Italy to sea. Guests may choose to relax and dine in or take items away, with Seabourn Square positioned as a welcoming space for connection and comfort throughout the day.

The culinary programme operates across two distinct service periods: a full breakfast menu from 6:15am to 10:30am, followed by an all-day menu from 10:45am to 6:15pm.

Enhancements include:

  • Expanded breakfast and lunch offerings with a broader range of freshly prepared, made-to-order dishes
  • A refreshed beverage programme featuring seasonal and regional daily specials
  • New china and updated menu signage
  • Additional bistro-style seating on select ships

The updates are being introduced in phases across the fleet and are scheduled for completion by mid-2026.

Revitalised Colonnade Breakfast and Lunch

The Colonnade’s daytime dining experience has also been reimagined, creating a brighter and more culinary-focused venue. The refreshed concept places greater emphasis on chef interaction, made-to-order preparation and destination-driven flavours.

The enhanced experience aims to connect guests more closely with the regions they are exploring, while maintaining the brand’s hallmark comfort and variety.

Enhancements include:

  • Fully refreshed breakfast and lunch menus centred on freshness, seasonality and regional influence
  • Multiple live cooking stations offering made-to-order omelettes, carving options, a daily fresh fish station, fresh-pressed juices and rotating regional specialities
  • Additional bistro-style seating aboard Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation

These revitalised offerings have now been completed fleetwide.
